The fleece is that perfect mid weight where it's warm but I'm not sweating indoors. The drawcord has these metal eyelets that feel way sturdier than the plastic-tipped ones on my old hoodies, and the ribbed cuffs actually stay put at my wrists.

Wore this straight out of the package and the jersey lined hood is the detail I keep noticing, no scratchy seams against my neck. The heavy drawcord with metal eyelets also feels sturdier than the flimsy strings on my old hoodie. Mid weight fleece is right, warm without turning into a sauna indoors.

The fleece is thicker than I expected for a mid weight, and the jersey lined hood actually keeps its shape instead of flopping around. The ribbing at the cuffs is snug too, so no cold air sneaking up my sleeves.
